For Parents
Your kid has the talent.
Let's train the mindset to match.
You've invested in the best coaches, trainers, and camps. But when game time comes, something's off—nerves take over, confidence disappears, mistakes snowball. That's not a talent problem. It's a mental skills gap, and it's the most undertrained part of your athlete's development.
Sound familiar?
Great in practice, freezes in games
One mistake spirals into a bad quarter
Plays tentative when it matters most
Has the talent but can't put it together consistently
These are mental skills problems—and they're 100% trainable.
Your Child's Coach
Meet Joey Hewitt
Joey isn't someone who read about sports psychology in a textbook. He's lived it—as a professional basketball player who competed across three countries (Australia, England, and Mexico) and as the winningest player in NCAA Division III history with a 112–10 career record at Whitman College.
He holds a Master's of Science in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Loughborough University (UK)—one of the world's top sport science programs—and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. He has trained closely with renowned mental performance coach Graham Betchart, who works with NBA and professional athletes worldwide.
Joey brings the academic rigor of a graduate-level sport psychologist with the real-world experience of someone who has personally performed under the highest levels of competitive pressure. That combination is rare—and it's what makes his coaching resonate with young athletes.

What your athlete will learn
Practical, evidence-based mental skills—not abstract theory.
Present-Moment Focus
Stay locked in on the next play—not the last mistake, not the scoreboard, not the crowd.
Composure Under Pressure
Breathing techniques and cognitive tools that work in real time when the moment gets big.
Unshakeable Confidence
Evidence-based belief built on preparation and competitive reps—not empty affirmations.
Competitive Activation
Flip the switch from warmup to game mode on demand. Controlled intensity, every time.
