When you book a session or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number. When you book a coaching session, we also collect details about the athlete (name, date of birth, sport) to provide personalized coaching.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Schedule and deliver coaching sessions
Communicate with parents about coaching sessions
Send newsletters and coaching tips (if subscribed)
Improve our coaching services

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

Stripe—for payment processing
Supabase—for secure data storage
Gmail—for email communications
Zoom—for virtual coaching sessions
OpenAI / Anthropic—for AI-assisted coaching tools (your data is not used to train third-party AI models)
Vercel—for website hosting

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

FindJoeFlow works with athletes of all ages, including children under 13. We collect athlete name, date of birth, and sport to provide coaching services. For athletes under 13, a parent or legal guardian must book the session and provide verifiable consent for the collection of their child's information.

Parents and guardians may at any time:

Review the personal information we hold about their child
Request deletion of their child's personal information
Refuse further collection or use of their child's information

Data Retention

We retain your information while you are an active client and as required by law for payment records. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing joe@findjoeflow.com.
